I'm officially engaged  I'll find a place to host some pictures and the video I used to setup the proposal sometime later, but it went off *almost* perfectly. She was kind of tipped off because I asked so many times what days she'd be free though, since I had to schedule all our closest friends to be at the restaurant afterwards.
